Traditional Southern hospitality is rooted in indoor/outdoor entertainment options.  The Caldwell Pavilion is a 2,400 sq. ft. outdoor venue space with soaring ceilings and sparkling white party lights. The pavilion, thoughtfully appointed with 10 ft. drapes around the perimeter, 4 enormous ceiling fans & 5 outdoor heaters, can accommodate events throughout the year. Stepping through the french doors, guests enter the Caldwell Carriage House, a lovely 900 sq. ft. temperature controlled banquet hall with wood plank ceilings and 2 grand chandeliers. Finally, heading out to the Caldwell entertainment space, guests will find the stage & dance floor with more white lights overhead!

15-72" round tables, 6-8' rectangular tables, 4 barrel bistro tables, 1 butcher block serving table, 2 Bluetooth speakers and 150 white resin folding chairs are included in the rental price.
